Goal 1

By May 2025, evidence of increased student engagement will be evident by:

A 10% decrease in classroom referrals.

100% of the students in grades K-5 will plan and facilitate a Student Led       Conference.

· Teachers will implement effective strategies that increase preferred behaviors and engagement.

· Students will prepare and conduct a Student Led Conference.

Goal 2

 80% of students in Grades 3-5 will demonstrate proficiency on the 2024-2025 PM-3 FAST Math.

· Quarterly walkthroughs will be conducted by staff utilizing the Math Core Action Tool with an emphasis on Core Action 3.

· During quarterly data meetings, teams will analyze and action plan to ensure students meet end of year proficiency in Math.

· Math Curriculum Nights will be held to increase content engagement and promote effective strategies at home.

Goal 3

60& of students in grades 4-5 will demonstrate a learning gain in Reading as evidenced by the 2024-2025 PM-3 FAST.

           · Enrichment plans for students scoring above proficiency in ELA will be developed in PM-1 and PM-2 data meetings.

· Student ELA data will be analyzed after PM-2 to determine if they are on track to demonstrate a learning gain.

· Reading Curriculum Nights will be held to increase content engagement and promote effective strategies at home.
